Wisdom & the Pursuit of Justice

asking God to grant us wisdom (Pr. 2:6; James 1:5) to know when to accept the unchangeable (the untimely death of a loved one, perhaps) and when to courageously pursue change (the many injustices evident all around us) as we live in and spread God's kingdom in this world...the answer lies in the person of Jesus 'in whom' we possess all the wisdom we need to live by God's wisdom rather than that of the world, so that what is true of Jesus becomes true of us whom God has set apart for His own service (Col. 1:15-20, 27; 2:1-3)...

friends, it's about recognizing and following the Good Shepherd's voice, trusting in His steadfast love to set things right wherever He leads :)
